The Library will strengthen digital access through tools such as Wi-Fi hotspots 和 hardware lending programs, 和 both CMC 和 图书馆 will create 和 share educational content designed with community input. Free digital 和 outreach programming will be available to schools, 老年活动中心, social service organizations 和 other groups serving low-income populations in the neighborhoods of focus.
